Course overview

Head & Neck Exam

This is a course designed to guide you through the best practices of a though head and neck examination. We conduct head and neck exams on a daily basis, no matter our specialty or practice modality, but often the head and neck exam is one of the most overlooked parts of the diagnosis and treatment process. A thorough exam can be pivotal for building your practice, for cultivating patient trust, for increasing your treatment plan and case acceptance, and even for saving lives. In this course, we will review best practices and anatomy and discuss how your head and neck exam impacts the rest of your assessment strategy, how it correlates to systemic health, and how to conduct it without missing anything.
